About ST-link v2 isol and IAR

My program is OK, but when downloaded ,it can't work!

STM32 207ZG and IAR 6.40!

My error is can't halt the core!

This tells us a lot how about how your board is wired to the debugger. Can you provide some better contextual information? Do you have an NRESET/NRST signal, is that working?

Hello, attachment is the STM32 circuit schematic and the iar project program, JTAGconnection, J-link and iar is OK, KEIL andst-link v2 is OK. Don't have the nrst!
