1553 Bus handling with STM32F MCUs ?

Hi friends,

Is it possible to handle 1553 bus with stm32 series microcontrollers without using asic or fpga (ip core). For CANbus there are can trancievers that can be directly connected to mcu in the circuit, but for 1553 cant find any solution. Find an application but not understood how to connect to mcu.

The application is pretty niche, and specialized, so I doubt there's going to be a lot of resources to apply it to general purposes micros, especially those not rated for military or aerospace applications. Those using it, and with a lot of experience, likely work for the military-industrial complex, and aren't going to be discussing it with random people on the internets.

The HI-6110 would seem to have an FSMC type interface, but appears to need a lot of other dual memory resources. May be HOLT has a development board or FAE's you can talk with?
