Why motor profiler is not running with STM3240G-Eval with STEVAL-IHM028V2?

We have STM3240G-Eval and STEVAL-IHM028V2 boards.

we are trying to run the bldc motor of (24 pole-pairs,1.4KW) with motor profiler (MC-SDK 5.3.3) and we also tried with another motor (8 pole-pairs , 30W) .

the profiler isn't able to calculate Rs, Ls and Ke Values. but after 20% to 25% of profiling it is showing "The measurement is talking too much time".

we also decrease current and max. speed but the result are same.
