Steval -CTM015V1 not turn on led D10 for FAULT and on

Hello, I would like some help with starting up the STEVAL CTM 015A1. I use an external power supply on terminal CN6. I supply a constant power supply from 0 to 32V on terminal CN5, but the fault diode D10 is constantly on when it is compressed with the STM32CubeProgrammer, then it goes out. I also have Hall sensors connected for the position of the rotor of the SRM.

Could you please share which software you are using to program the board?
Also, could you let us know where you obtained the source code or executable you are currently using?
As far as I know, the firmware is released on request, and to use the board it is necessary to rely on a specific firmware that may also need to be customized depending on the motor being used.
