Problem with downloading X-CUBE-MCSDK-FUL

I have registered and was trying to download X-CUBE-MCSDK-FUL. When I clicked on any of the versions (5.5.3, 5.5.2, 5.4.7) a pop-up window appears for me to type in various info. I was able to enter all requested info, except "application", which appears to be a drop down list but has no items I can select. Without making a selection, it would not let me proceed to download. Help?

Please note also that the possibility to download the FULL STM32 MC SDK is limited to few customers.
