I can't get the STM32G431RB to run the program to get the motor working. How do I get the motor to run smoothly?

I have set the jumper pins with respect to the user manual.

The motor only runs after I profile it at the motor profiler, when I run the program into the board using the STM32CubeIDE, the motor stops running again. And when i want to profile it again it says that a firmware upgrade is needed for the board to connect to the profiler.
