How to start PMSM in open Loop FOC and Transition to closed LOOP FOC using HALL Sensor

The SDK itself doesn't support switching speed sensor online, but you can enable both the main feedback (sensorless) and the aux feedback (hall), and add a piece of code to switch the sensor properly.

@Laurent Ca...​  Could you specify a little bit deeper how to switch between the both speed feedback modes? I couldn't find the right "spot" where this could be done.
