Hi, I want to update PWM in run time to vary the PWM frequency from 10k to 40kHz. But however the motor rotates and the PWM frequency remains 30kHz which is defined in workbench. Any suggestions??

Yes, I have the issue. In workbench, the PWM frequency is 30k. However in the second picture, first updated PWM value is 20k. Hence the motor is only running at 20k. Not varying between 10k to 40k
