CRC Header

Hello! We are using the STM32G431RBT6 microcontroller and designing our own BLDC motor driver. Everything was fine until a week ago, but recently we have been encountering a "Bad CRC Header" error. We have checked our Motor Control Workbench and Motor Pilot software; no changes have been made to either the software or the hardware. After Motor Pilot reports this error, the connection drops, then re-establishes, and the motor driver resets.

Could a hardware issue cause the problem? Examples include a damaged cable, compromised USB connectors, poorly connected grounds, or a noisy environment.

We are participating in electric vehicle competitions in Turkey, such as Shell Eco-marathon. Our motor driver board consists of five 4-pin headers and one BLDC motor hall sensor connector.
The differences between the motor driver board we designed for this year and the one we produced for last year's competition are as follows: the MOSFET gate driver IC has been changed, and a CAN transceiver has been added. No changes have been made to the software.
With the new board, we were able to successfully drive our vehicle using both 6-step and FOC algorithms. We were also able to operate the vehicle with the same algorithms using last year's board. However, with the board produced this year, we suddenly started encountering a "Bad CRC Header" error.
At first, we suspected that the issue was related to the RS232 communication interface. However, when we enabled the potentiometer control in MC Workbench and attempted to drive the motor directly using the accelerator pedal, we encountered the same problem.
We tested different motors with the same power rating, different boards with identical hardware configurations, and different versions of MC Workbench, Motor Pilot, and STM32CubeIDE. Despite all these tests, we have not been able to identify or resolve the root cause of the issue.
We would greatly appreciate your support and guidance in troubleshooting this problem.

Does "Bad CRC Header" occur only when the motor is spinning?
After the pilot is disconnected and reconnected, is the connection restored? 

Did you try different types of board-to-PC connectors (shielded)? 
With a scope, verify that the signals are free from noise.
