STM32F7 UTMI PLL stabilization time?
For the embedded USB-HS PHYC in stm32f723, STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.16.0/Drivers/STM32F7xx_HAL_Driver/Src/stm32f7xx_ll_usb.c has a 2 ms delay in the PHYC initialization?
Is this stabilization time specified somewhere? Or better, is there some register to poll for PLL stabilization?
