STM32F4 Write To USB3.1 Get Problem

I am using STMF4 USB function to log data, it can write readable data file to USB2.0. But it gets problem with USB3.1, when I write a log file to USB3.1, and open it with PC, PC report "the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable".

Does any one get similar problem?
