STM ADC Single vs Differential Ended Channels

I use H563 and G491 MCUs. There is HAL_ADCEx_Calibration_Start() on both MCUs to calibrate for single or differential ended inputs. If I have mixed single and differential ended inputs on the same ADC, which do I use? Single or differential?

For the 563, calibrate twice, once single ended, then again differential. The appropriate cal factor is then automatically applied. Read the 563 reference manual on the subject. See if the 491 reference manual covers the subject.

As the reference manual suggests, both. Do single ended calibration, then differential calibration.

Yes, the G491 ref man also shows 2 calibrations (one for single ended, one for differential ended).
