my ctm is considering the usage of STM32H745. Could you please advise if M7 core can process both Ethernet and USB or not? Ideally ctm would like to have - - on M7: 2xUSB (A+B), Eth MAC, UART - on M4: 2xI2C, OC timer, 8DFSDM channels.

Look at what STM32F7 can do with proper software:

It should be noted that with unmodified ST's software Ethernet will almost not work at all...
