Is Microsoft azure RTOS is supported by Nucleo-h745ziq or not? Can anyone tell me this?

The answer is yes, it's supported in CubeMX, after choosing your H7 product, and under SW pack, you can add the X-CUBE-AZRTOS-H7 pack and configure it :)

Yes. Thank you for the reply. I think this package includes examples for NUCLEO-H723ZG, STM32H735G-DK, STM32H747I-DISCO, and STM32H743I-EVAL board. So, Can I configure or modify this example as per nucleo-h745ziq?

You can Add this pack and use it with all H7 products, and yes, you can base on some examples to have an idea about the pack configuration, and also you can modify them according to your need.
