I2C not working with usb

Hello Everyone

I have a odd problem. I am using USB device to store data and reading data on same MCU(Slave) from other MCU(Master) on i2c but after after 2 or 3 transfer of data i2c stops working on slave mcu.What is the problem?

Is there any solution to this problem

i have attached the files of main and some initialisation files as well
