I am trying to program the main memory using Demonstrator GUI application. But i am getting below attached error. PLease help me to get use of system bootloader.

i am using Neucleo L4R5ZIP development board. I am planning to use System Bootloader. I have enabled the system bootloader by enabling the BOOT0 pin and BOOT1 Register configuration. Through LD3 LED, i can able to verify the system Bootloader started. And i am trying to programm the main memory using Demonstrator GUI application. But i am getting below attached error. PLease help me to get use of system bootloader.
