How use the usb as a device HID ?

Hi, I bought a chinese dev-board, this one:

It is working well and i having no problem to flash the board using the its USB connector or using ST-LINK, but when i try to flash the chip with a program to configure the usb as a device to pretend to be a mouse it does not work.
