How to do UART over LAN?

Hello there,

I know I can pack UART Data in to a TCP/IP Stack and send it over LAN. But how I can use the Data ?

How can I create a virtual Com Port then which gets the Data from the TCP?

I found various sites which information to send serial to a Device that packs it in TCP, but i dont need that since i can pack the Data on my Device itself.

Does someone have any experience with this?
