Question

Has anyone been successful with implementing two Ethernet ports with any of the STM32F4/7 or H7 series MCUs?

Don't think there's any chips with multiple ethernet peripherals. You can certainly use something like a Wiznet chip to do this, but it's not something that the STM32 families you mentioned can support natively.

I ​suspect the question relates to the use of switch chips with a port connected to the STM32 digital interface.
