['F40x OTG_FS] OTG_FS_GCCFG.SOFOUTEN does not work

On STM32F407, I set PA8 to AF, AF10, for OTG_FS_SOF. After attaching a device in HOST mode to OTG_FS, I see SOF pulses on PA8, regardless of setting of OTG_FS_GCCFG.SOFOUTEN bit.
