Does the ST plan to update the FatFs and FreeRTOS library in STMF7?

No idea, they've been using a buggy stale version of FatFs for 3+ years. The one shipped flags internal failures on larger media.

Someone in ST management needs to wake-up. Need to focus on delivering current versions of third-party libraries, and fixing deliverables.
