Development boards to use for FreeRTOS and ThreadX

We are currently trying to port an application from Linux to ThreadX and FreeRTOS and wanted feedback from the community on which development boards would you recommend to use.

Doesn't really narrow things down much. Any thoughts about what features on the board are remotely critical? USARTs? MicroSD card? Memory? Storage?
