cubeide, how to monitor stack userage of a FreeRTOS task

Hi team,

I am new to CubeIDE, just wondering how can I monitor the stack userage of a FreeRTOS task? Is there a built in feature that I can use, or do I need to fill the stack with some known data the monitor it manually?

If using the second method, how do I fill the stack with known data within cubeIDE?

Any app notes/manuals that I should be reading about this? Thanks guys!
