Can the X-CUBE-CLD-GEN package be used by the STM32L4R9Z1J6 board (STEVAL-STWINKT1)? Please note that the board has the STEVAL-STWINWFV1 WiFi expansin.

Please advise if that is possible and if not what will be the best way to implement MQTT IoT Cloud Application with the STEVAL-STWINKT1 board.
