Bug in HAL for STM32F413 Tempsensor

Hi,

while getting the ADC Tempsensor of the STM32F413 to work, I noticed that the Reference Manual and the HAL declare different ADC-Channels for the Tempsensor on the STM32F413. Changing the channel in the HAL made the temperature measurement work, so the Reference Manual seems to be correct.

I had to change the definition of IS_ADC_CHANNEL() and ADC_CHANNEL_TEMPSENSOR in the file stm32f4xx_hal_adc_ex.h (in my case V1.7.0).

Is there a better place to report issues like this?
