Why am i getting "No-Link device detected" error message despite installing all the requred sofwares?

Doesn't look like you have an ST-LINK/V2, and it's not plugged into the 20-pin header

Did purchase ST-LINK/V2 but even after the upgrade being successful, still i can't connect the set up. Kindly advice.

Attached please are the photos of my set up for reference.

NB: All the four sensor lights are blinking continuously. I do have only one measuring sensor connected to the set up.
