When debug STM32F030RCT6 with Keil V5.29, can't find MCU with J-link. j-LINK have been updated to the latest version. How to do that?

Has this CPU/Board ever worked or connected properly?

Is the NRST pin connected on the debug interface?

Try connecting when BOOT(0) pin is HIGH

Yes, the signal is connected properly. Connect the 20pin cable to ST_LINK. It can be debugged with ST_link. But can't debug with J link
