When we use STm32 ST link Utility software to read STM32F405ZGT6 it shows device data called Revision ID, what does it mean? and is it related with the mark located at the IC package called Revision Code?

I´m asking cause we are seeing diferent information between Revision ID and Revision Code.. we are concern about the meaning of this information.

There are many STM32 chips, some come in multiple silicon stepping over time. Check the DBGMCU registers described in the Reference Manual
