What cable is needed to connect CN-13 on the nucleo F429zi board to a PC. A vendor part number would be helpful.

As per the UM1974 that is a "micro A-B" connector. Since this is a USB-OTG port, it can take either a Micro-B for the NUCLEO to act as a "device", or a Micro-A (male) for the NUCLEO to act as the controller/hub.
