Question

Upgraded St-Link V2- no good. How do I downgrade firmware?

I upgraded my ST-Link V2 to version V4.3 and it will no longer connect to the target. I have looked on the ST.com site but cannot find out how to downgrade the firmware to V4.2, which was working. Could you please direct me to the Utility for that version?

This is my first post. Apologies if I have not posted to the correct group. Nothing seemed to suggest itself.

Pretty sure V4.2 is the version of the Utilities not the ST-LINK itself

The Firmware Updater in the V4.2 of the ST-LINK Utilities should downgrade. The tool itself is deprecated.

The version if the STM32 Cube Programmer, or the stand-alone firmware update tool, should both have newer versions.

V32 as I recall
