Unable to reprogram STM32F107RC. How to reset Option Bytes to factory settings?

I am using STM32F107RC MCU. And programming it using ST LINK utility in SWD mode.

By mistake I have set the READ Protection & WRITE protection in its Option Bytes.

Due to which now my controller is locked and I am unable to erase or reprogram it.
