Unable to program a Disco board with STM32CubeIDE st-link not found

Hi,

I'm trying to program my 32L0538DISCOVERY board using the STM32CubeIDE but after trying to upload to it it says that:

 0693W000001reSFQAY.png

and offers me to update the st link firmware with st link upgrade so it fin'd it there and everything but when I hit the "Open in update mode" it seems to disconnect the usb port and nothing happens afterwards...

Any idea how to fix that?

Un-plug and re-plug the board as indicated in the screenshot above. This is required on some boards, on some boards it is enough to just click open in update mode.

Yeah so apperantly nothing makes it work and when opening in update mode is simply disconnect the port and shows as error.

Apperantly that's a driver issue...
