Solved

Try use Nucleo 32 G431KB board. Cant connect usung onboard st link. I got msg from Keil on Debug page in field Programm Adapter : ST Link (too recent). St link utilitu cant connect too. In Settings it show Firmware ver V3J0M0. Ive drv V2.0.2 from LIN

ST-Link Utility is obsoleted, not surprising it can't connect. If STM32CubeProgrammer works, hardware is fine. Weird that Keil doesn't support new ST-Link firmware.
