STM32L011D4 MCU not programming

Hi,

I'm using a custom STM32L011D4P6, and it won't program after two days of trying.

There are a couple of similar issues I've seen on here regarding the boot bit, but I'm still struggling to connect.

I've tried SWD and USART2 through PA9 and PA10. I've had BOOT0 high and low, played around with NRST, and tried connecting through both CubeIDE and CubeProgrammer.

I've omitted the schematics here. It is on a custom PCB, but the board itself is correct, with power where it needs to be and the correct pins connected. BOOT0 is on PB9 (pin 1) and NRST is on pin 4.

The only unusual thing is that I needed the BOOT0 pin, so it's connected to an nFAULT line for a different IC. It has a pull-up, but the resistor has not been populated.

If you do have any suggestions, please let me know.
