STM32F411RE vs STM32F446RE vs STM32F303RE ?

What exactly is the difference between Nucleo boards Nucleo-F303RE, Nucleo-F411RE and Nucleo-F446RE? To me, the data brief seems to suggest that they are the same. Can someone point out the difference? Is it okay if I buy any of these according to the availability? Have attached the Date brief for reference.

FLASH, RAM and SPEED?

F3 has different ADC performance.

You should probably look up the webpages for the micro-controller placed on each board.

If all that is unimportant for your unspecified application, any of them would suffice.

As stated above, there are speed & core ram/flash differences but also additional/different peripherals: CAN, UARTS, I2S, SPI (count), USB (type), etc...

There are nice pictorials of the boards over on the mbed.org website (color breakout of features on board) that might make it easier to understand
