I`m using ST-Link/V2 for programming.

I followed this pinout to connect to the MCU

I connected the following. SWDIO to TP3, SWCLK toTP2, NRST to TP4 then VCC and Ground. I already double check connection and tried different board and I still can`t connect.

Hello @jeecrnl and welcome to the ST Community :smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:.

I suggest you to try using the STM32CubeProgrammer since the ST-LINK UTILITY is not recommanded for new designs.

Best Regards.
