STM32 ST Link Utility Size Value to create flash dump

Hi,

I am using a stm32f411 with 512Kbyte flash.

I want to create a dump hex file of the flash as a backup.

What is the Value of 'Size' 0x???? I have to write into the st link utility form to create an exact dump of 512KByte?
