Which device used ?

Check "Connect under reset" options, or BOOT0=HIGH settings.

Check configuration of pins used by the debug interface.

As far hardware side is concerned the same hardware at SWD connector is debugable with STLink Version V3 Set and STLink V2 but not with STLinkV3 Mods tool.

and with Connect under rest setting.

I will still reverify the cable from STLinkV3 Mods to the target board.

Hi Imen,

I finally able to find the problem, it is with the SWD cable. I used core cable type having 8 signal wires in one core which might be causing single transmission issues but the same cable was working with other st link tool. After replacing it with FRC Cable the STlink Mods is working fine.

Can you please suggest "What is the maximum length of SWD cable be used with STlink V3 Mods"
