ST-Link V2 not detected after updating the firmware

Hello!I have a problem - after updating the firmware of the ST-Link V2 programmer via the ST-Link Utility, it is not detected in the system.The LED on device up all the time in white. Windows defines as Unknown Device.
I tried to install the latest drivers, it did not help.
What should I do?
