I am new to STM32 Programming. I have bought an STM32F407VET6 Board and connected it with STLINK. But the Stlink utility does not detect my board! and in KEIL it is showing the board number but when code is uploaded shows invalid ROM table what should I do? Also can it be connected directly using UART without STLINK

There are 2 USB connectors. You want to connect to the Mini-USB (CN1). You do not want to connect to it with an external ST-Link programmer, as it already has an ST-Link onboard. See the user manual.
