I've to desing a custom board for my internship, but it's my first time doing so. Can someone review my schematic and tell me if he spot any evident error?

If i were you i would show also the PCB routing, if this is a stepper motor driver board the way you route the ground is not trivial.

And maybe use some names? "U?" "P?" doesnt give me a lot of info

please add a 2.2uF or 4.7uF capacitor closed to MCU power pin (VDD/VCC). you may refer F303 EVAL or Nucleo board on ST website for the MCU system.

NRST needs a 0.1uF to ground, should also be broken out to the debug header IMO.

Debug header should include a ground signal.
