I'm looking for fanout guidance for the WLCSP144 package. I don't see an example anywhere.

    This is something that would come from your board manufacturer and/or assembly house. They all have opinions on what works and what they can realistically guarantee.

    Electrically, the chip doesn't care how it's done.
