I just got the STM32F413H-DISCO. It powers up when connected through the ST Link USB connector but the PC is not showing any new connection in Device Manager. I have Win10 Home 64 bit. I am new to ST!

Hello @IMate.1 and welcome to the Community :)

Try to upgrade the ST-Link firwmare through ST-Link utility or this Link STSW-LINK009 and tell me if that solve the issue.

Note that ST-LINK, ST-LINK/V2, ST-LINK/V2-1, STLINK-V3 USB driver signed for Windows7, Windows8, Windows10. So it should work for you.
