I bought this microcontroller from Ali express I try programming but it is not working

The markings look to be consistent with those used by ST

So is the part not programming, or your code not working?

What exactly is something like STM32 Cube Programmer reporting when it connects with the devices?

Not looking good so far.

The pin 1 marking has never been an ejection mark on any chips that I've seen. It should be a circle indent, with the ejection mark 180 degrees away. Like this:

 

It's also exceedingly unlikely that a random supplier on Ali express has stock, but nobody else does. Still possible, I suppose.

Although marking can be inconsistent.
