I can't install STM32 STlink-utility in my PC?

I don't know what to do, sometimes when it installed and i tried to open it, it's show's that some files are missing?

Perhaps install the Microsoft Redistributable files for thier compilers?

The Utilities have been replaced by STM32 Cube Programmer in recent years.
