I am running STM32 STLink v4.3.0.0, STLink USB DLL 5.1.0.0, and STLink CLI v3.3.0.0. I can upgrade firmware in the device to V2.J32.m22 repeatedly, but I cannot connect to the device.

Using Nucleo-F429. This makes no sense, since the firmware upgrade claims to connect to the device to do its job.

Have 3 dead Nucleo-F429s. New out of package works. I'll take the rap - I prefer that the problem be mine, since I should be able to fix it!!
