How do I disable ST-Link firmware upgrade?

Hello all,

The current firmware version for ST-Link does not work properly (I cannot check the memory contents, variables, etc.) Although I could revert to an older version, my IDE (Keil uVision 5.28) opens a pop-up window that suggests me to upgrade the firmware everytime I start a debug session, and I am afraid some day I will click on "yes" and download a buggy firmware to my ST-Link. Is there any way to disable these firmware upgrade messages? Alternatively, is there any way to remove from my hard disk -or wherever they are- the undesired "upgrade" binaries?

I suppose the mentioned pop-up for upgrading firmware is related to the ST-Link software, rather than to the IDE I am using, hence I think that this is the right place to ask.

Thank you very much in advance.
