Hay un monton de copias de stlink que dan errores en el mercado ahora, sube alguna foto de tu error y del stlink en concreto (con caja) y te decimos.

Tiene pinta que es un problema de conexion, manda fotos y esquematicos.

Si no estas aportando 3v3 con la sonda, necesitas que la placa que quieres programar esté encendida mientras la programas.
