Question

Hi All, I am working with STM32 NUCLEO-L552ZE-Q board and the IDE is STM32 cube IDE 1.6.1. When I try to load the code no stlink detected error message pops up. In device manager, under ports jlink CDC UART port is listed.

I tried updating the driver by right-clicking on the listed port. It shows already updated the best driver. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @Srave.1 ,

I recommend to check the quality of USB cables, or try other (not a charger cable with power only).

Make sure to upgrade the ST-link firmware.

Hi Imen,

Thank you for the response. I have changed the USB cable several times and also updated the ST -Link firmware. Still it shows No ST link detected.

Hi @Srave.1 ,

I advise you use latest release of STM32CubeProgrammer, CubeIDE.
