Can I use STLINK V2 to program STM32H743ZI ?

Does STM32H743ZI support programming through STLink v2? In Nucleo-h743zi2 STLink v3 is provided.

Yes. StlinkV2 can programm STM32H743ZI, at least with recent STLINK firmware.

Yes. Actually tried on a STM32H743II (176 pin) part, flashing and debugging worked without any issue.
